The scope of lighting within Disele Green Energy (Pty) Ltd encompasses: commercial, residential, public (street lighting: high masts and Apollo’s), and traffic lighting. Inefficient lights are replaced with more efficient and new technology lighting.

This is a load management function wherein the supply of electricity is balanced on the network with the electrical load by adjusting or controlling the load rather than the power station output. Disele Green Energy (Pty) Ltd employs methods including but not limited to; ripple control relays, peak clipping and load shifting.

Pumping and pumping systems are central to our daily living. From water, to fuel pumped from coastal areas to the inland regions and sewer systems etc. This has resulted in the efficiency of pumping systems having to be considered as one of the priority areas in the energy efficiency drive. We employ several methods for load re-distribution in this regard.

Internal heating and cooling, and sometimes refrigeration; are some of the major consumers of electricity. One common contributing factor; especially in old office buildings is that very obsolete technology is still in use. The upgrade and / or refurbishment of HVAC plants in offices, buildings / campuses, factories and other commercial buildings aids the reduction of energy consumption in this regard.
